About the Role:
- You will be responsible for managing and growing customer accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- As a Customer Success Expert, you will work closely with our technical teams to craft tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
- You will also be responsible for driving customer engagement, managing contract renewals, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that retain and grow our customer base.
About You:
- You have proven experience in account management or customer success roles within a ServiceNow partner business.
- You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- You have a track record of successfully managing and growing customer accounts, with a strong problem-solving approach and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- You are a team player with a customer-focused mindset, passionate about delivering an outstanding client experience.
