Job Description: Customer Success Executive - Sales

This role requires a highly skilled individual who can support all aspects of sales delivery. The ideal candidate will be able to manage daily customer and internal requests while developing strong working relationships with both customers and key colleagues internally.

About the Role:
  • Support sales operations by managing customer contact details, price files, and trackers.
  • Analyse Epos Sales against forecasts and prepare forward-looking forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct store visits as requested by Line Manager to assess sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to create and implement strategic business plans that drive sustainable growth.
  • Manage day-to-day operations with external and internal logistics teams to ensure smooth supply chain management.
  • Support internal functions with daily administrative tasks to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Report and analyse sales performance to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate an understanding of customer needs, business strategy, and operations.
  • Proven experience in building and utilising business relationships and networks.
  • Effective organisational and communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, including report writing.
  • Able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
