Drive Regional Business Growth
BMS Performance is a leading global organisation in the medical equipment sector, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Growth Officer to join our team in Scotland. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities in the region. With a strong product pipeline and a diverse range of medical equipment, you will have the chance to make a real impact on the business.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include account management, new business development, and building strong relationships with customers. You will work closely with our UK Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and meet sales targets. This role requires overnight stays to cover the area effectively.

Competitive Package
We offer a competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £49,000 (dependent on experience), plus a generous bonus structure up to £30,000. You will also receive a fully expensed company car, comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life assurance, pension, mobile phone, laptop, and 25 days' annual leave rising annually plus statutory holidays.
