Regional Sales Expansion Specialist

We are seeking a Regional Sales Expansion Specialist to join our dynamic and growth-oriented organization at SmaXtec Ltd. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dedicated team committed to providing excellent service and innovative solutions to our customers.
About the Role:
- You will proactively cover and grow your territory, identifying and acquiring new customers with your strong hunter mentality and closing skills.
- You will provide expert advice and support potential customers to understand their individual needs and challenges.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in sales within the dairy sector or related industries, along with in-depth knowledge of the dairy farming sector and associated technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills, complemented by the ability to analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
Our Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a performance-based commission package. Additionally, you'll receive comprehensive onboarding, training, and equipment, including a laptop, iPhone, and branded clothing.
