Job Description

We are seeking a talented Market Expansion Specialist to join our team at the Centura Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing opportunities for the design and supply of FRP bridges in the CW region.

Your primary objective will be to promote Lifespan and CRL services to bridge owners and associated stakeholders through various marketing activities, including one-to-one contact, group presentations, exhibitions, and more. You will also be required to carry out CPD presentations to bridge engineers and water companies, ensuring that the Regional Office meets or exceeds business development targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote specialist construction solutions to clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with supply chain partners
  • Understand competition positioning and strategy
  • Provide technical project management and presentations
Requirements:
  • Experience in promoting specialist construction solutions
  • Technical presentation and project management skills

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the UK's construction industry and be able to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders. They will also be proficient in using CRM/ERP systems and be able to work within our Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality Management System.

Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary, ranging from £50,000 to £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to this, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including private pension plan contributions, 26 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays, and additional paid leave for community projects.
