**Career Opportunity:** Industrial Sales Expansion Director
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Industrial Sales Expansion Director to join our team at White Label Recruitment Ltd. As a key leader in our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Midlands and South regions, targeting the industrial sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, particularly in the Power Transmission industry, with experience leading high-performing sales teams. You will be a strategic thinker, a natural leader, and a collaborative team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Monitor and review sales performance to inform business decisions
We offer a highly competitive salary of £70,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a bonus scheme based on results, a company car or car allowance, 25 days' holiday + statutory, pension scheme, and huge progression opportunities within the business.
