The successful candidate will possess excellent sales and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. They will also have a deep understanding of the security industry, with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand business in designated regions
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
  • Identify and pursue new business leads, with a focus on blue-chip commercial and industrial clients
  • Manage and develop a team of junior staff members

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in security sales or a related field
  • MBA degree from a reputable university (desired)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A competitive salary range of £23,000 - £27,000 per annum
