As a CRM and Data Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel CRM campaigns, focusing on email and push notifications, to engage with customers and meet commercial objectives.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review campaign briefs and develop multi-channel CRM strategies to effectively meet campaign and customer objectives.
  2. Write concise, engaging copy that aligns with brand and FCA guidelines across various marketing channels and formats.
  3. Execute and deliver campaigns through our CRM platform with precision and timeliness.
  4. Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  5. Monitor CRM campaign performance regularly and identify opportunities for improvement through testing and optimization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing customer communication strategies, with a focus on email and push notifications.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation technologies, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
