Senior Customer Engagement Manager

Job Description:
Manière De Voir is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Customer Engagement Manager to support our CRM strategy. This role will focus on engaging and growing our customer base through multi-channel campaigns, email, SMS, and push notifications.
About the Role:
- We are looking for someone with experience in delivering multi-channel campaigns accurately and on time.
- Briefing engaging content to the creative team, prioritizing engagement and brand perception.
- Monitoring and reporting KPIs weekly and monthly.
- Identifying opportunities for automated customer journeys.
- Supporting segmentation and AB testing strategies.
- Coordinating the CRM marketing calendar with stakeholders.
- Developing strategies to increase customer base and repeat purchases.
- Implementing multi-touch communications across email, SMS, and push notifications.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- 1-2 years' experience in a CRM role, preferably with Klaviyo.
- Basic HTML skills for editing and amends.
- Competent in Excel.
- Excellent written and communication skills, including copywriting.
- Highly analytical with attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
