Job Description:

Manière De Voir is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Customer Engagement Manager to support our CRM strategy. This role will focus on engaging and growing our customer base through multi-channel campaigns, email, SMS, and push notifications.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for someone with experience in delivering multi-channel campaigns accurately and on time.
  • Briefing engaging content to the creative team, prioritizing engagement and brand perception.
  • Monitoring and reporting KPIs weekly and monthly.
  • Identifying opportunities for automated customer journeys.
  • Supporting segmentation and AB testing strategies.
  • Coordinating the CRM marketing calendar with stakeholders.
  • Developing strategies to increase customer base and repeat purchases.
  • Implementing multi-touch communications across email, SMS, and push notifications.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a CRM role, preferably with Klaviyo.
  • Basic HTML skills for editing and amends.
  • Competent in Excel.
  • Excellent written and communication skills, including copywriting.
  • Highly analytical with attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
