Sales Account Executive

About the Role:
">We are seeking a skilled sales professional to fill the position of Sales Account Executive - Software. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the promotion and adoption of digital building enterprise software solutions to key segments and enterprise end-user customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultative selling, software digital sales, and SaaS model.

">Key Responsibilities:
">- Drive the promotion and adoption of digital building enterprise software solutions to key segments and enterprise end-user customers.
- Hunt end-user engagements within new and existing accounts.
- Develop sound financial business plans when presenting and closing opportunities.
- Manage commercial teams and resources effectively.
- Lead sales, commercial, presales, and solutions activities within the team focused on clear targets and defined outcomes.
- Craft specific offerings appropriate to customer needs through effective commercial engagement.

">Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
">- Experience in consultative selling and competence in software digital sales and SaaS model.
- Sales hunting skills versus farming.
- Risk-taking, entrepreneurial, and team-player mindset.
- A solid experience in business development, sales, or account management roles selling software/digital/technology solutions.
- A strong understanding of IWMS and enterprise software landscape and ability to articulate its value proposition to potential clients.
- A good understanding of cloud, IoT/edge, big data, digital twin, AI, predictive/prescriptive analytics, smart building solutions, and emerging enterprise technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and drive business growth.
- A self-starter with an ambitious and proactive mindset, passion for driving sales and exceeding targets.
