The Trainee Sales Executive Role

This role is designed for individuals who want to start a career in the motor trade but lack experience. Our Trainee Sales Executive program offers a pathway to uncapped commission and unlimited progression opportunities.

As a Trainee Sales Executive, you'll have the chance to work with a buddy who is a previous Trainee Sales Executive, shadow experienced Sales Executives, and receive feedback on your development and sales style.

Key Responsibilities
  • Progress to a Sales Executive position with a salary of £40,000 per annum (OTE) once you've completed all training requirements.
  • Work with various departments, including Customer & Preparation, sharing your ideas and applying your training.
  • Regularly shadow experienced Sales Executives and receive feedback on your development and sales style.
  • Have the opportunity to work a day in the life of a Trainee Sales Executive at other stores in the region to share best practices and learn from others.
  • Participate in regular knowledge check quizzes with all members of the Trainee program across the business.
