Sales Fragrance Executive

Coty, a global leader in fragrance and color cosmetics, is seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to lead our fragrance business in Edinburgh Fort Retail Park. As a key representative of our brands, you will build strong relationships with Store Managers and Area Managers to achieve business growth and maintain high standards of execution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, knowledge and experience in the fragrance industry, and the ability to work independently as a brand ambassador. You will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, planning and executing customer events, and developing effective working relationships with mobile consultants and the wider Coty team.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain company KPIs
- Plan and execute customer eventing ensuring brand equity
- Develop effective working relationships with mobile consultants and grow networks with the wider Coty team within your area
- Build relationships with customers to influence, sell, and upsell
- Lead by example as a brand ambassador, protecting the equity for Coty brands and adhering to Company uniform and grooming guidelines
Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include access to My Coty Shop with fantastic discounts, 8% Employer pension contribution, generous family and wellbeing support policies, and a day off on your birthday.
