Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Performance Executive to join our team at McCurrach. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving execution excellence within your assigned territory.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored sales solutions.
  • Analyse customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue expansion and improve customer satisfaction.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record of success in sales or account management, with a strong understanding of commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Results-driven with a focus on delivering sales growth and expanding market share.
  • Self-motivated with strong administration, organisational, and planning skills.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is £29,750 basic + 20% Bonus, providing a total remuneration package of approximately £35,550 per annum. Please note that this figure is an estimate based on industry standards and may be subject to change.
