About the role:

We are seeking an experienced philanthropy and development manager to join our team at Scottish Opera. In this critical role, you will lead our fundraising efforts, identifying and cultivating major donors, and developing strategic partnerships to support our artistic vision.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead major gift fundraising initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-level donors and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and reports

Salary: £32,703.20 per annum plus benefits (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Glasgow and occasional travel across Scotland

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
