Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Philanthropy Manager to join our team at Scottish Opera. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to generate sustainable income across all fundraising areas, including individual giving, major gifts, legacies, corporate partnerships, and trusts & foundations.

About You:
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in fundraising, particularly in securing major gifts and cultivating long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals. They will also have experience in developing and delivering fundraising strategies, with clear accountability for meeting financial targets. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines are essential.

What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
