The successful candidate will join our ambitious Development and Fundraising Team, working alongside an established team and reporting to the Head of Development. This is a full-time and fixed-term contract for three years.

About the Role:
  • Develop and deliver strategic plans to achieve fundraising targets.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple funding bids and proposals simultaneously.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, funders, and partners.
Requirements:

A degree or relevant fundraising qualifications, combined with significant experience in a fundraising/development office, particularly in securing large-scale donations and partnerships.

Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
