Job Description:

Kody, a rapidly expanding Fintech company, is seeking a driven Partnership Development Manager to join their team. The Partnership Development Manager will play a crucial role in growing the business by identifying and converting new ISO & Referral opportunities and nurturing relationships.

Kody delivers innovative payment solutions to businesses across various industries, primarily in hospitality. With recent funding from prominent investors and leading hospitality chains, Kody is poised for significant growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, meet, and onboard ISOs & Referral Partners.
  • Engage in high-value prospecting activities, including networking events, referrals, social media, cold calling, and virtual meetings with potential partners.
  • Target Payment ISOs who onboard larger merchants and Referral Partners providing hot leads to close deals.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face or virtual meetings with prospective clients (10-15 per week).
  • Manage partnerships daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure smooth target achievement.
  • Promote additional Kody products to partners, aiming for maximum revenue with at least two products from the Kody Suite.
  • Efficiently manage the CRM (HubSpot) and maintain a pipeline of quotations to achieve targets.
  • Achieve personal sales targets through Referral Partnerships.
  • Focus on clients with high monthly revenue per merchant to meet monthly revenue targets.
  • Assist partners in completing the application process and guide them through to becoming active.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to process, deliver, and set up products, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • Must have 3+ years of recent ISO & Referral sales experience in the payments space.
  • Must be UK-based.
  • Strong network of contacts in ISOs, Referrals, Payments, and Hospitality.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as an operator and strategically.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Based in the UK with the right to work in the UK.
