Philanthropy and Engagement Leader

Role Overview: The Philanthropy and Engagement Leader will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with donors, securing funding, and contributing to the development of fundraising campaigns.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement effective donor engagement strategies to increase fundraising revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential donors, including major gift supporters.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to ensure alignment and coordination of fundraising efforts.
- Contribute to the development of fundraising campaigns, proposals, and reports.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of fundraising initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with a wide range of stakeholders. You will also have proven experience in fundraising, with a track record of achieving targets and developing successful donor relationships.
