Sales Team Leader

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team at Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland. As an Assistant Shop Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our Community Healthcare Support Service across Scotland.
**Salary Information:**
The estimated annual salary for this position is £24,000-£28,000, depending on experience. This is a competitive salary that reflects the skills and qualifications required for this role.
**Job Responsibilities:**
As an Assistant Shop Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of sales associates to engage with the community and deliver set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will work closely with the shop manager to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills;
- Experience in retail management or sales leadership;
- A strong understanding of customer service principles;
- The ability to work flexibly, including weekends;
- A valid driver's license (if required).
