We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Sales Leader to drive sales growth in Scotland and Ireland. As a key member of our Area Develop team, you will be responsible for growing sales of hot melt and aqueous adhesives into multiple market sectors. The successful candidate will have previous industry experience in aqueous and hot melt adhesive markets and strong core competencies in prospecting and engaging new customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Grow sales in untapped markets
  • Liaise with parent company for pan-European business support
  • Build sales of adhesives into multiple market sectors
  • Prospect and engage new customers

The ideal candidate will have a living arrangement on territory, but other realistic locations will also be considered. A competitive salary range is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
