As a Philanthropy and Community Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to engage and retain major donors, as well as identifying new funding opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research and approach potential donors, building relationships and securing gifts.
- Develop and execute comprehensive stewardship plans to ensure donors feel valued and appreciated.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compelling proposals and reports.
Requirements:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing or non-profit management.
- Proven experience in fundraising, with a focus on major gifts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with donors and colleagues.
Salary: £32,703.20 per annum, plus benefits.
