Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plan.

Job Description

The Senior Development Officer will be responsible for managing our fundraising events, including auctions, galas, and other special events. This includes planning and executing event logistics, coordinating with vendors and volunteers, and ensuring that all events meet or exceed fundraising goals.

  • Plan and execute fundraising events, including auctions and galas
  • Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination and volunteer recruitment
  • Track event revenue and expenses, and provide regular updates to management

We are looking for someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of event planning and execution, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
