As Philanthropy Leader at Scottish Opera, you will be responsible for leading the fundraising efforts to support the company's mission and vision.

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement fundraising strategies, identify new opportunities, and build relationships with donors and sponsors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You should have a strong background in fundraising, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet or exceed targets.
2. Identify new opportunities for corporate partnerships and donor engagement.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, and staff members.
