Your primary responsibilities will include handling high call volumes, resolving billing discrepancies, and communicating effectively with patients. You will also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality, adhering to local, state, and federal laws, and collaborating with management to identify personal learning needs and achieve goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Handle high call volumes and resolve billing discrepancies
* Communicate effectively with patients and management
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to laws and regulations
* Collaborate with management to identify personal learning needs and achieve goals

**Requirements:**

* Computer proficiency
* Willingness to ask people to pay their medical bills
* Availability to work between 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CDT Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. CDT Saturday
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks and multitask with a high level of accuracy
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced, changing environment
* Working knowledge of HIPAA, FDCPA, and Red Flag regulations
* Professional attitude and composure in urgent or confrontational situations
* Effective critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Excellent time management skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Willingness to develop and retain professional relationships with coworkers
