Job Vacancy: Business Manager
Job Type: Full-Time Permanent
Rutledge Training is seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Business Manager to lead our Antrim team. As a strategic leader, you will spearhead our commitment to excellence in the delivery of our training services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the team, driving performance and achieving business objectives.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs to meet client needs and industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique training requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base and revenue streams.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing strategies to optimize team and individual performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a management role (preferably within the training industry)
- Understanding of NI Government-funded training programmes development and delivery
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding training targets.
