As a key member of the Roundpeg consultancy team, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic change initiatives across diverse clients. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in business transformation methodologies to help organizations optimize their processes, enhance performance, and achieve sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting thorough assessments of current business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
  2. Designing and implementing transformation strategies tailored to client needs across various industries.
  3. Facilitating workshops and training sessions to equip teams with the skills necessary for successful implementation of changes.
  4. Collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and commitment to transformation initiatives.
  5. Measuring and reporting on the impact of transformation initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.

As a vital member of the consultancy team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact, helping clients navigate their transformation journeys effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Business Transformation Consultant or similar role, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  2. Strong understanding of business transformation methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
  3. Experience in change management, with a passion for guiding organizations through periods of transformation.
  4. Relevant certifications in business transformation or process improvement methodologies are highly desirable.
  5. Ability to travel as required for client engagements; you will be on client sites up to 5 days per week.
