Job Title: Strategic Financial Director

Company Overview:
As a seasoned Financial Controller at Direct Medics, you will play a vital role in driving financial strategies and implementing initiatives that align with the company's long-term goals. This position requires strong leadership skills and expertise in financial management.

Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum

Job Description:
This role involves overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to senior management. You will be responsible for managing the finance team and overseeing project-based work to improve processes and enhance financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing detailed reporting and financial analysis.
  • Lead the implementation of financial strategies that drive profitability and efficiency across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar financial management role. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and internal controls is also essential.
