As a commercially astute hands-on Financial Controller, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations, providing strategic guidance and robust financial reporting.

  • The role comes with a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Management Accounts: We require a skilled Financial Controller to prepare and present management accounts on a regular basis.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: The ideal candidate will have experience in financial planning and analysis, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Leadership and Development: As a key member of the finance team, you will provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members and contribute to the development of the team's skills and knowledge.
