Business Development Executive Director

Responsible for the development of new client opportunities business across Europe & UK
Building relationships with prospective clients to gain good understanding of their business, what they do, their work culture and environment as well as their recruitment needs and requirements.
Utilising sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies
Proactively identifying potential companies through targeted market mapping, database searching, lead generation etc
Researching organisations online to identify new leads and potential new markets
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Building your knowledge regarding the industry sector in which you operate.
Identifying & building relationships with strategic partners
Meeting set targets & KPIs aligned to company business plan
Successful track record in a business development/sales generation environment
~2+yrs experience in business development/sales environment
~Confident in approaching prospective customers via telephone
