Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base within the construction and civils industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and cultivating relationships with potential clients while maintaining strong connections with existing clients to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers in the construction and civils sector, both onshore and offshore.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to engage new clients and expand business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of services and offerings with client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
