Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at VANRATH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for expanding our client base within the construction and civils industry, focusing on onshore and offshore projects.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development or sales, with exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and cultivating relationships with potential clients, as well as maintaining strong connections with existing clients to drive business growth.
Salary: Fully negotiable + bonus & significant progression opportunities + fantastic benefits package (estimated salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum).
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers in the construction and civils sector, both onshore and offshore.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to engage new clients and expand business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of services and offerings with client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
