Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at John McQuillan Contracts Limited. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking
* Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales initiatives and projects
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
* Previous sales experience, preferably in the waste, laboratory, or pharmaceutical industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
