Job Title: Associate HR People Partner

At Synopsys, we're committed to creating a workplace where everyone can thrive. As an Associate HR People Partner, you'll play a key role in developing and executing HR strategies that drive business results and enhance employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR programs and processes to support employee relations, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance to senior leaders on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues through a systematic approach.
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team to recruit top talent and create job descriptions that attract the best candidates.
  • Partner with stakeholders to design and deploy HR-related processes, ensuring alignment with company culture and strategic goals.
  • Manage internal employee communication and engagement through feedback programs, surveys, and one-on-one meetings.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an HR professional supporting European countries.
  • Strong Employee Relations background, Labor Compliance, and Policy experience for regional countries.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
