Job Overview

KM4HR is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to drive the people strategy and support organisational goals from a base in Northern Ireland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating cyclical people plans, supporting post-acquisition integration, delivering organisational and individual change management plans, and identifying and managing strategies that connect to the wider organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement people plans to drive business growth and improvement
  • Support the integration of newly acquired businesses and teams
  • Design and deliver change management plans to drive organisational change
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention
  • Manage employee relations cases, including performance management and disciplinary matters
  • Analyse people data to inform business decisions and drive improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a professionally focused client environment
  • Full HR exposure, including payroll, gained within a larger organisation
  • Experience of mergers and acquisitions and change management
  • Confident with organisational development, workforce planning, and employment legislation
  • CIPD qualification
