Job Opportunity

KM4HR is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to drive the people strategy and support organisational goals from a base in Northern Ireland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating cyclical people plans, supporting post-acquisition integration of businesses, delivering organisational and individual change management plans, and identifying and managing strategies that connect to the wider organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement people plans to drive business growth and improvement
  • Support the integration of acquired businesses and develop strategies to enhance organisational performance
  • Design and deliver change management plans to drive cultural and behavioural change
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, including probationary reviews, performance management, absence, capability, grievance, and disciplinary matters
  • Maintain accurate people data and provide insights to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a professionally focused client environment
  • Full HR exposure including Payroll gained within a larger organisation
  • Experience of Mergers & Acquisitions and change management
  • Confident with organisational development, workforce planning, and employment legislation
  • CIPD qualification
