Job Title: HR Officer

Are you a skilled HR professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Officer to join our team at MCS Group.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to provide support to our business partners and managers in the implementation of HR strategies and policies. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to business partners and managers on HR-related matters
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Support the recruitment and selection process, including advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing
  • Manage employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary procedures, and performance management
  • Conduct HR metrics analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain HR systems and processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Degree in HR, business, or a related subject (or equivalent experience)
  • Membership of CIPD (or actively working towards CIPD membership)
  • 2 years' relevant experience in HR, preferably in a business partnering or advisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
