About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Associate People Partner to join our HR team in EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies focused on business consultation and delivery of HR programs and processes in the areas of employee and labor relations, compliance and restructuring, organizational effectiveness, talent management and succession planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Provide HR consultation and guidance to senior management and employees
  • Manage employee relations issues through a systematic approach
  • Assist with regional initiatives such as Labor Relations, Union Negotiations, Compliance, Policy design, review, and deployment
  • Recommend new policies, procedures, and approaches to improve the efficiency of the department and organization
  • Partner with other members of the People & Culture team in the recruitment process
  • Manage internal employee communication and engagement through feedback programs, surveys, and one on one meetings

Requirements:

  • Strong Employee Relations background, Labor Compliance, Policy experience for the regional countries in scope
  • A bachelor's degree in business, human resources or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and in a global HR organization
  • Desire for continuous learning about countries in scope and HR practice
  • Passion for DEIB, culture, experience, and the world of work and deeply care about the inclusion and well-being of all people
