We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Development Manager to join our team at GRS Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with customers and suppliers, and driving commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Aggregate and Waste market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive commercial growth.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and commercial performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Commercial experience within the Aggregate and Waste market.
  • Strong understanding of the infrastructure market and ability to develop and implement commercial strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong negotiator with the ability to drive commercial growth.
