About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Development Manager to join our team at GRS Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and identifying new opportunities in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification

Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.

Business Development and Strategy

Work closely with the senior team to develop and implement business development strategies, including identifying new markets and opportunities for growth.

Commercial Operations and Logistics

Develop and implement commercial operations and logistics plans to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team is meeting its targets and objectives.

Requirements
  • Commercial Experience

Proven experience in commercial development, business growth, and market development.

Technical Competence

Strong understanding of the infrastructure market and technical competence in business development initiatives.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers, prospects, and internal teams.

Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to pre-empt and solve problems to the satisfaction of customers.

Negotiation and Sales Skills

Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities.
