About the Role:

Lusona LLP is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Activities: Proactively seek out new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Order Processing: Efficiently input and manage customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Customer Communication: Provide exceptional customer service through regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in the building materials industry (e.g., builders, timber merchants, sheet materials) is preferred but not essential.
  • A proven track record in sales and customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
