Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated First Line Service Desk Engineer to join our team in Northwest London. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely manner.

  • Act as the initial contact between the business and its clients.
  • Diagnose and resolve 1st line assigned tickets within target resolution times.
  • Keep detailed ticket notes throughout the lifecycle of a ticket.
  • Escalate issues as necessary using internal processes.

In this role, you will work closely with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical support to clients.
  • Resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of tickets.
  • Liaising with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Annual salary: £27,500 - £32,000 per annum based on experience and performance.
