About the Opportunity

Fruition IT is looking for a First-Line Resolution Expert to join our IT service team in Leicester, UK. This role involves providing technical support to end-users, resolving issues efficiently and effectively, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and drive service improvement initiatives.
  • Manage incidents, problems, and requests in line with service level expectations, ensuring timely resolution and prioritisation.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Continuously improve service quality by identifying and implementing process improvements.
Requirements
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in providing technical support to end-users.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of ITIL or similar ITSM frameworks (incident, problem, and change management).
  • Self-driven with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
