Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled First-Line Resolution Expert to join our team and provide exceptional technical support to our clients.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for many customers, resolving their technical issues promptly and professionally.

Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 08.00-17.00.

  • Strong technical expertise and experience working with MS Exchange, Active Directory, and O365.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and Lync.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
