Appian is a software company that automates business processes. We are looking for a talented Regional Business Performance Manager to join our GTM Operations team.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing the operational aspects of the Sales Region, including forecasting, pipeline management, and driving business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional Sales VPs with organizational structure, strategy, and talent management.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the business in navigating the operational strategy.
  • Manage Weekly operational forecast, pipeline management and inspection process.
  • Provide thoughtful, actionable and analytical studies to the Sales Leaders (vs descriptive reporting only).

Requirements

  1. 5+ years previous Sales Operations experience
  2. Proficiency in Google G-Suite / Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
  3. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  4. The ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  5. Experience documenting and analysing processes, procedures and/or policies
  6. Experience in pipeline management and forecasting
  7. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
