Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Commercial Enablement Expert to join our team at Third Bridge. This role will focus on equipping our global teams with the skills and strategies needed to succeed in the business intelligence space.
About the Role
As a Commercial Enablement Expert, you will be responsible for delivering training programs, building a coaching framework, and aligning sales methodologies with our product offerings to drive revenue growth.
You will collaborate closely with the Revenue Operations team and Commercial leadership stakeholders to execute enablement programs, ensuring our teams are adept in professional selling techniques.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for the commercial teams focusing on value-based, consultative selling approaches, soft skills, and Third Bridge knowledge.
- Build and maintain sales certification programs to ensure consistency and development across all levels of the commercial organization.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales or sales training with experience in developing and delivering impactful training programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to get the best out of others regardless of coaching needs, experience level, or location.
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, with regular travel to the US and Asia.
