Job Overview

As a Commercial Enablement Coach at Emarsys, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our Revenue Teams to effectively engage with customers.

The ideal candidate will possess 4+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role, with 1+ year in Sales Enablement or Revenue leadership. Familiarity with Value Selling and MEDDPICC is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elevate Customer Engagement: Enhance sales and customer success skills, methodologies, and programs to empower Revenue teams.
  • Pilot Solutions: Test new sales strategies, tools, and systems to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Lead Workshops: Run certification programs to maintain consistency across global teams.
  • Coach Teams: Offer one-on-one coaching with tailored feedback to enhance sales performance.
What You Bring:
  • Training Expertise: Skilled in creating and evaluating training programs, including workshops, eLearning, and certifications.
  • Analytical Skills: Use data analysis to assess performance and refine training strategies for better outcomes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Success in working with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align with business goals.
  • Communication Excellence: Strong English communication skills, able to simplify complex topics and deliver global presentations.
  • Global Flexibility: Balance time and responsibilities to support teams across multiple time zones.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
