Revenue Enablement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Enablement Manager to join our commercial team at Ritz Recruitment. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring CRM data accuracy, providing business intelligence to the C-Suite, and driving best practice sales and operational processes across the team.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will serve as a conduit between the Sales team and central functions (Credit Control, Finance, Legal, etc.). You will work closely with the Sales Ops Execs to ensure all orders are processed accurately in Salesforce and validate and maintain the master data accuracy of both billing and deal information.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure CRM data accuracy and provide business intelligence to the C-Suite
- Drive best practice sales and operational processes across the team
- Work with the Sales Ops Execs to process orders accurately in Salesforce
- Maintain master data accuracy of billing and deal information
You will also work with the Sales and Customer Services teams to manage the customer billing contact relationship management process to ensure all billing information is captured accurately and customers have a seamless buying experience.
