Revenue Enablement Strategist

About the Role:
">We are seeking an experienced Revenue Enablement Strategist to join our team at Showpad. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business growth through the design and delivery of effective sales enablement programs.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver comprehensive sales enablement programs to improve sales performance, reduce ramp time, and increase quota attainment">
- Leverage skill and competency assessments to develop tailored enablement activities, including training sessions, peer learnings, and reinforcement plans">
- Collaborate with sales leadership and management to identify gaps and opportunities for enablement, driving sales performance through knowledge and skill enhancement">
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and business partner">
- Analyze and track enablement metrics to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement">
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales enablement, ensuring alignment with company objectives">
Requirements:

- 5+ years' experience in revenue enablement, sales, sales training, or a related field">
- Proven track record of designing and implementing effective sales enablement programs">
- Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies">
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills">
- Executive presence to articulate enablement outcomes">
- Ability to gain credibility at all levels">
- Experience with sales enablement technologies and tools (prior knowledge of Showpad a plus)">
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
">Location: London, UK (hybrid work arrangement)
