Revenue Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Strategist to join our team at Beavertown Brewery. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a long-term revenue strategy for the business. You will work closely with our senior management team to define annual targets and stage-gate targets, and provide ongoing pricing, profitability, and drift performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build a long-term revenue strategy for Beavertown Brewery
  • Define annual targets and stage-gate targets
  • Provide ongoing pricing, profitability, and drift performance reporting
  • Create pricing recommendations for all brands and packs sold in the market
  • Develop pack architecture for each brand in the portfolio
  • Collaborate with senior account management to create promotional plans
  • Facilitate and lead team workshops to educate commercial teams on crucial disciplines
  • Provide analysis to commercial teams using pricing models
  • Report on pricing variables, market competitiveness, and brand pricing
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in creating clear pricing strategies in an FMCG company
  • Strong analytical skills and a track record of improving pricing reporting
  • A self-starting mindset and ability to manage workload
  • First-class communication skills to translate complex data to stakeholders
  • Strong experience in scenario analysis and leveraging complex data to provide recommendations
  • Minimum advanced Excel skills
