About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce CRM Executive to drive commercial growth and excellence across our organisation. As a key member of our team, you will champion Salesforce best practices, maximise sales effectiveness, and accelerate commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a robust Salesforce-CRM strategy aligned with our business vision and future models.
  • Lead the adoption and engagement of Salesforce among sales teams, ensuring tailored training, onboarding, and upskilling.
  • Analyse sales cycles, forecast robustly, manage pipelines, and drive commercial growth.
  • Deliver data-driven insights to sales leadership and business forums, assessing Salesforce adoption, process efficiency, and system utilisation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading sales CRM strategies in sales-driven organisations.
  • Strong knowledge of leveraging sales intelligence for strategic initiatives.
  • Experience supporting and coaching teams in Salesforce skills and best practices.
  • Proficient in data interpretation and visualisation.
  • Excellent organisational and planning abilities.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
